The OXY building in the center of Brussels, thoroughly renovated and transformed from an outdated office building into a sustainable, multifunctional complex with offices, a hotel, apartments, and restaurants, while respecting the original modernist structure.

The glass facades have been completely upgraded with large floor-to-ceiling glazing for maximum natural light and integrated modern glass panels.
