Roelevard

Roeselare's most iconic building, is a quintessential Norwegian example of innovative architecture with undulating facades: 81 sustainable apartments with high-quality finishes, alongside office and retail space, in Roeselare's new station area. Two buildings: "Lux," a 46-meter-high tower, and "Bronze," a cascade of floors with large terraces and green roofs brimming with flowers, plants, and trees.

High-performance acoustic double glazing, a large share of which is in solar control glass, ensures maximum natural daylight in the apartments, panoramic city views, and ultimate peace and tranquility.

All glass balustrades were also installed by our installation department, Miraxvit Glasbouw.
