Project ZIN NORTH (Marie-Elisabeth Belpaire Building)

The former stately WTC 1 and WTC 2 buildings on King Albert II-Avenue were largely demolished to make way for a new multifunctional office, residential, and hotel complex, spread across three towers, as part of the ZIN NORTH project.

Opening in 2024, the renovated building now also houses civil servants from the Flemish government.
