Standard - safety glass

The shock resistance and glass breaking method are determined in accordance with NBN EN 12600

People's safety (avoiding cuts caused by glass shards, safety regarding falling through glass, etc.) in Belgium in accordance with NBN S 23-002

Safety glass to prevent or protect against vandalism and theft: EN 356. The glass is divided into categories: P1A to P8B.  

Bulletproof glass is tested according to EN 1063 and subdivided into 9 classes (BR1 to BR7, inclusive, SG1 and SG2), depending on the firearm and ammunition used. A distinction as to whether glass shards are caused at the back (indicated by S) or not (NS) is made per category.

Glass that protects against explosions must comply with EN 13541 and is divided into 4 categories: ER1 to ER4, inclusive. A distinction is made whether glass shards are caused at the back (indicated by S) or not (NS).
